For cancellations, re-bookings or bookings within 1 week please phone the office at 403-933-2867. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another date, person or activity.

E-mails are answered during office hours only (9am to 5pm).

Guests are requested to be at the ranch 30 min prior to the scheduled time to sign waivers and participate in a demonstration.

Changes and cancellations to 2 hour, 3 hour and mountain day rides must be made by phone 24 hours prior to the ride, changes and cancellations within 24 hours are at staff discretion. Any no shows will be charged 50% and any guests arriving late run the risk of a shortened ride or missing their ride altogether and be considered no show.
