Thank you for booking your horseback vacation with Anchor D Guiding & Outfitting. To ensure you have the best possible experience, please read and complete this form carefully.
1. When you list the name and dates of your trip below, please double check to confirm that these are both correct.
2. Each overnight trip requires a non-refundable deposit for each person on the ride. The deposit is 50% of the price of the ride, excluding GST. Please note that your trip is not considered confirmed until we have received and processed your deposit.
3. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit, e-transfers (within Canada) and wire transfers (international guests). We have a 3% surcharge for Visa & Mastercard payments. There is a $15 bank fee for wire transfers. We also accept personal cheques at least 2 weeks ahead of the ride. Your balance is due the morning you check in for your trip.
4. Fill out this form carefully. In order to properly plan for each trip, we need to know the height, weight, age and experience level of each person on the ride. We do our best to accommodate dietary needs with advance notice, once the trip is underway no changes can be made.

6. Once your form is received, we will email with confirmation and payment info.
